Terms, refunds & the fine print

Terms of Service
Autopilot Channels ("the program") is a digital product sold by Ryan ("I", "me"). By completing checkout you agree to everything on this page. Payments are processed by Stripe; Stripe's own checkout terms also apply to the transaction.
What you're buying. One payment of the price shown at checkout gets you a single personal license to the program: the course modules, the 90-day playbook, the niche shortlist, the prompt library, the video software, the private community, direct message access to me, and one YouTube channel transferred to your Google account. Lifetime access means the lifetime of the program: as long as it exists you keep access, including future updates, with no recurring charges.
What a license means. Access is for you personally. You may not share your login, resell or redistribute any part of the program, republish course materials, leak community content, or use the materials to build a competing product. Doing any of these ends your access immediately, without refund, and I reserve the right to pursue further remedies.
The channel. The channel is transferred through Google's Brand Account transfer flow into a Google account you control. From the moment the transfer completes, the channel and all its revenue are 100% yours; I retain no ownership, access, or revenue share. After the transfer you are the channel owner in full, which also means you are responsible for how you run it — including complying with YouTube's Terms of Service, its monetization policies, and its rules on AI-generated content disclosure.
Community and direct access. Basic rules: no spam, no scams, no promoting your own paid products, no harassment. I can remove anyone who breaks them. "24/7 direct access" means you can message me at any time and I answer messages myself, normally within a few hours; it is asynchronous messaging, not live calls or guaranteed instant replies.
Your responsibilities. You're responsible for how you apply the program, for the content you publish, for complying with the laws of your country, and for taxes on anything you earn. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.
Changes. I may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to you. Material changes will be dated above.
Delivery
Everything digital — course, playbooks, prompts, software, and community access — is delivered the moment your payment clears, to the email you used at checkout.
The channel transfer is initiated the same day you pay. To complete it I need one thing from you: the Google account email the channel should land in. If you don't send it, the transfer waits until you do — check your inbox (and spam) right after purchase. Google's transfer flow occasionally takes up to 24–48 hours on their side to finalize; you'll receive YouTube's written confirmation when it does.
Refund Policy
The program itself is non-refundable. It's a digital product with instant, complete access — the moment you're in, you can see the entire system, the software, and the private strategies, so it can't be handed back. Don't buy it to "try it"; watch the walkthrough video, look at the numbers, and decide before you pay.
There are exactly three situations where money moves back to you:
- Failed channel delivery. If you've provided your Google account email and the channel transfer hasn't been initiated within 48 hours of your payment, you can request a full refund and I'll issue it.
- Duplicate charges or payment errors. Email me your Stripe receipt and the duplicate is refunded, no questions.
- Statutory rights. If the consumer law of your country grants you a withdrawal right that cannot be waived, that law prevails. Note that in most jurisdictions (including the EU), the withdrawal right for digital content lapses once you consent to immediate access — which you do at checkout.
Refund requests go to contactryanyta@gmail.com with your receipt. Filing a chargeback instead of emailing first is treated as a breach of these terms and ends your access.
Earnings Disclaimer
The revenue screenshots on the sales page are real figures from my channels and from students in the program. They are shown as examples of what the system has produced — they are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of what you will earn.
"$10K/month in 90 days" describes the target the playbook is built around, not a guaranteed outcome. Your results depend on your execution, consistency, niche selection, and things nobody controls, like the YouTube algorithm and ad rates. A pre-monetized channel removes the approval wait; it does not remove the work. Some buyers earn a lot, some earn little, and anyone who doesn't do the work should expect to earn nothing.
Privacy Policy
I collect only what's needed to run the program: your name, email address, purchase record, and — for the channel transfer — the Google account email you provide. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; I never see or store them.
Your email is used for delivering access, program updates, and occasional messages from me. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing never affects your access.
Your data is never sold, rented, or traded to anyone. The site may use basic anonymous analytics (page views) to improve it. Data is shared only with the processors needed to operate — Stripe for payments and the platforms hosting the course and community — each under their own privacy terms.
Want a copy of your data, or want it deleted? Email contactryanyta@gmail.com and it's handled within 30 days. (Purchase records required for tax law are kept as long as legally mandated.)
